The
Committee on Bylaws is one of three standing committees within the county medical society. The committee shall consist of at least three active or affiliate members of the society. All proposals for amendments to bylaws should be submitted to this committee in advance and all proposed amendments to the bylaws introduced at any meeting of the society are referred to the bylaws committee.
